Carne & Fungi Pizza

Prep Time: 20 Minutes

Cook Time: 18 minutes

Serves: 6-8 people

  • 1 ½ pounds smoked shredded low moisture mozzarella
  • 12 ounces thinly sliced Parma Prosciutto
  • 6 ounces sautéed mixed mushrooms (crimini, shitaki, Portobello)
  • 1 pounds sun dried tomatoes (in olive oil) 
  • 3 Pizza crusts

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. Take 3 pizza crusts and top evenly with smoked shredded mozzarella cheese.

3. Evenly spread the dried tomatoes on each of the pizzas.

4. Top each pizza with the prosciutto.

5. Top each pizza with the sautéed mushrooms.

5. Bake 12-18 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is slightly bubbling.

6. Allow to cool 10 minutes. Cut to desired size and serve.
