Gouda Green Bean Casserole

  • 1 cup Primizie Flatbread Crisps - we recommend Gouda Garlic

  • 1/3 stick butter

  • 1/2 cup diced onions

  • 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms

  • 2 cups canned French green beans (drained)

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup

  • Couple pinches- salt, pepper, garlic powder

  • 1 cup grated Gouda cheese


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet. Saute the onions and mushrooms in the butter seasoning with salt/pepper to taste.

  3. Place the mushroom/onions, mushroom soup, 1/2 of cheese, cream and seasoning in a large mixing bowl. Stir well then gently fold in green beans.

  4. Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes, then top the casserole with the remaining cheese and smashed Primizie Flatbread Crisps and bake for 10 minutes longer, or until the casserole is hot and cheese is melted.
