Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

  • Primizie Flatbread Crisps - Your favorite flavor

  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed

  • 1 (14 ounce) cans artichoke hearts ( drained, chopped)

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

  • 5 ounces packages frozen chopped spinach

  • Zest of one lemon

Steps:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.

2. Combine 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese, sour cream, 2 tbs Parmesan, and next 6 ingredients.

3. Blend well.

4. Spoon mix into baking dish.

5. Top with 1/2 cup mozzarella and 2 tbl Parmesan cheese.

6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
